These terms cover the inQUESTigate app, operated by NemCorpIndustries LLC.

Acceptable use

By creating an account you agree to use the app for its intended purpose — playing and creating scavenger hunts — and not to attempt to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the check-in verification systems (including GPS or QR spoofing), harass other players, or submit false or abusive feedback or ratings.

Hunt content and physical safety

Hunts and locations may be created by other users, including group leaders and admins, and we don't pre-screen every hunt's content. Use judgment when physically visiting real-world locations, including respecting private property and posted signage — the app is not responsible for your safety while playing.

Partner perks

Some stops are local businesses that offer perks to players. Perks are provided by those businesses, can be limited (for example one per player per day), may expire, and are subject to the terms shown with each perk.

Account suspension and deletion

Accounts may be suspended or removed for violating these terms. You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty. Hunt data, leaderboard standings, and badge/streak progress may be reset or lost due to bugs, migrations, or server issues, and while we take reasonable steps (including regular backups) to prevent this, it isn't guaranteed.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Who runs the app

The app is operated by NemCorpIndustries LLC, 8127 Petoskey St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
