Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open inQUESTigate and log in.
2. On the home screen, tap More, then Settings.
3. Scroll down to Danger zone.
4. Type your password under Delete account, tap Delete account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you can't use the app (for example you've uninstalled it or forgotten your password), email support@nemcorpindustries.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We'll delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. To protect you, we only act on requests sent from the account's own email address.

What gets deleted

• Your account (username, email and password).
• Your hunt progress, check-ins, completed hunts, ratings, favorites and reviews.
• Your group memberships, push notification tokens and password reset requests.
• Feedback you sent us, including any photos.
• Your partner visit, perk and featured-hunt records.

What we keep, and for how long

• Backups: copies of the database made before you deleted your account are removed as those backups age out, within 30 days. Encrypted off-site copies are kept until they fall out of the 14 most recent.
• Crash reports the app sent while you were logged in are kept to help fix bugs, but are no longer linked to your account.
• Totals partner businesses already saw (for example "12 visits in May") don't change, but they never included your name or email.
